1/8/16 7pm | Little River Band/Ambrosia/Player | $45-$75

Little River Band was formed in Melbourne, Australia in 1975. It was originally a blend of musicians who had enjoyed success in other Australian rock acts. Their new focus was to get airplay on American radio, and they achieved that goal with good songwriting, powerful vocals, and guitar harmonies. They immediately claimed their place as one of the great vocal bands of the ‘70s…and the ‘80s.Between 1976 and 1983, chart success in America includes the following singles: It’s a Long Way There, Help Is on Its Way, Happy Anniversary, Reminiscing, Lady, Cool Change, Lonesome Loser, The Night Owls, Take It Easy On Me, Man On Your Mind, We Two, and The Other Guy.

Little River Band is considered to be one of Australia’s most significant bands. Worldwide album and CD sales now top 30 million. They also set a record for having Top 10 hits for 6 consecutive years…the first band to achieve that mark. And according to BMI, Reminiscing has garnered rare status with over 5 million airplays on America radio…and Lady is close behind with over 4 million airplays. LRB was rightfully inducted into the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) Hall of Fame at the 18th Annual ARIA Music Awards of 2004.The current lineup brings new energy and arrangements to the classic hits, making new memories for the audience out of each live performance. It’s always fun to watch as people are swept up by the show’s vitality and the volume of hits from LRB’s history. You’ll see plenty of people mouthing the words…”I love this song…I forgot it was one of Little River Band’s hits!”

Exploring the possibilities of progressive classical and world influences, yet rooted with the soul of the blues and R&B, Joseph Puerta, Christopher North, David Pack, and Burleigh Drummond created a new sound that was defined and recognized as Ambrosia. In its brief recording history, Ambrosia garnered 5 Grammy Nominations, 5 Top 20 singles, heavy FM airplay, and the admiration and respect of the musical community. All this is in addition to several sold out concerts around the world.

Today the band is more alive than ever. The band recently rocked the The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon show with accolades from Jimmy himself and has shown its musical versatility with the ability to play a  set of music with Yes and Genesis or glide into their pop hits “How Much I Feel and Biggest Part of Me” with a romantic soul. n January 1978, Player had an international number one hit with their first single: “Baby Come Back”, which was co-written and sung by Beckett. The self-titled album went platinum and the band toured extensively. Four albums followed rendering four more top forty singles, including “This Time I’m In It For Love”, which reached number ten on Billboard’s chart.

playerPlayer started performing again in the year 2003, always featuring an all star line-up, which has included at various times members of The Cars, REO SpeedWagon, Foreigner and Little River Band.

Band member Peter Beckett has written hit songs for many artists including: Heart, Olivia Newton-John, Kenny Rodgers, The Temptations, Poco, Janet Jackson, The Commodores, Cliff Richards, Survivor, Grace Slick, and more recently Vanessa Hudgens of “High School Musical” fame.

Between the years 1989-1997, Peter was a featured member of The Little River Band and has written several singles for them. Peter and Ronn were part of Sail Rock 2013 and toured the country with Christopher Cross, Orleans, Firefall and many other great musicians. In 2014, the entire band toured Australia and appeared on national TV shows like General Hospital and Home and Family.

A final note on Player – Ron Moss, who played Ridge on The Bold and The Beautiful for 20 years will also be back with the band.

1/10  |8pm |Engelbert Humperdinck |$40-$85

Engelbert 2014-2015Engelbert’s hit songs like ‘The Last Waltz’, ‘After The Lovin’, ‘There Goes My Everything’, ‘A Man Without Love’ and ‘Am I That Easy To Forget’ are some of the greatest hits of all time and essential to the show. ‘Release Me’ kept The Beatles ‘Penny Lane’ from going to number one ending a consecutive run of number ones for the Fab Four started in their early days. However, it’s the new songs that give an Engelbert show its 21st century relevance. Englebert is garnering praise for his version of Ed Sheerans’  “Thinking Out Loud” and his new country CD, Runaway Country, where he puts his spin on “I’m on Fire,” “Desperado,” “We’ve got Tonight” and more!

Queensrÿche built a dedicated legion of fans traveling the globe on tour with fellow rock giants like Iron Maiden, Guns N’ Roses, Metallica, Judas Priest, and Def Leppard. In recent years, they’ve consistently delivered high-octane live shows combining the hungry fire of a new band with the tempered experience of master showmen.

Dokken accumulated numerous charting singles and has sold more than 10 million albums worldwide. Formed in 1978, they experienced wide success in the highly-teased, acid-washed, rock-soaked 80’s, and remained on top of the metal world throughout the decade. Their 1984 album Tooth and Nail included several hit songs including “Just Got Lucky”, “Alone Again”, and “Into the Fire.” They are noted for their gravelly vocals and soaring guitars. Dokken continues to tour and rock the world with their trademark brand of driving heavy metal.

3/11/16  |7pm  The Charlie Daniels Band with Special Guest The Marshall Tucker Band

Tickets: $45-78

From his Dove Award winning gospel albums to his genre-defining Southern rock anthems and his CMA Award-winning country hits, few artists have left a more indelible mark on America’s musical landscape than Charlie Daniels. An outspoken patriot, beloved mentor to young artists and still a road warrior at age 78, Charlie has parlayed his passion for music into a multi-platinum career and a platform to support the military, underprivileged children and others in need.

Raised among the longleaf pines of North Carolina, Charlie began his career playing bluegrass music with the Misty Mountain Boys. After moving to Nashville in 1967, he began making a name for himself as a songwriter, session musician and producer. Elvis Presley recorded a tune Charlie co-wrote titled “It Hurts Me,” which was released on the flip side of “Kissin’ Cousins.” He played on such landmark albums as Bob Dylan’s Nashville Skyline and tried his hand at producing on the Youngbloods’ Elephant Mountain and Ride the Wind. His own unique voice as an artist emerged as Charlie recorded his self-titled solo album in 1970 for Capitol Records.

Two years later he formed the Charlie Daniels Band and the group scored its first hit with the top ten “Uneasy Rider.” Since then the CDB has populated radio with such memorable hits as “Long Haired Country Boy,” “The South’s Gonna Do It Again,” “In America,” “The Legend of Wooley Swamp” and of course, his signature song, “The Devil Went Down to Georgia,” which won a Grammy for Best Country Vocal Performance by a Duo or Group in 1979 as well as single of the year at the Country Music Association Awards.

The CDB will perform 100 concert dates this year including performances on the Grand Ole Opry. The band’s latest release, “Off the Grid – Doin’ It Dylan,” features 10 Bob Dylan songs by the CDB, and is their first CDB studio release since 2007

The Marshall Tucker Band

The MTB opened shows for The Allman Brothers in 1973, and the following year, they began to headline their own shows across America due to the platinum-plus sales of their debut album. They toured constantly playing sheds, stadiums, theaters, fairs, and festivals.

In years to come, The Marshall Tucker Band would wow critics and influence major country acts like Alabama, The Kentucky Headhunters, Confederate Railroad, and Travis Tritt with its definitive blend of rock, rhythm & blues, jazz, country, and gospel. Now, thanks to the expanding scope of today’s music, a new generation of fans is learning what the rest of their fans have known for so long- that good music knows no boundaries. Along the way, the band has recorded twenty two studio albums, three DVDs, three live albums and many compilations.

Currently they are promoting their new release, CD, Live in the UK 1976.  The Marshall Tucker Band (MTB) took a mighty leap in November of 1976 when they crossed the Atlantic and hit Europe for the first time. The MTB recorded and archived the European tour and now for the first time, the nearly 40 year old live recordings will be available for purchase.

Tickets: $53-$78

Sweet, seductive R&B makes its way to The Amp! Legendary R&B singer, music producer and songwriter Keith Sweat will raise your temperature and thrill you with Billboard hits such as “Twisted” and “Nobody.”

Sweat was discovered singing at a nightclub in 1987. In November of the same year, he released his debut album, Make It Last Forever, which sold four million copies. On the R&B charts, “I Want Her” hit #1 and the album’s title track hit #2. His next album,I’ll Give All My Love To You, hit #3 on the Billboard 200 chart, and “Keep It Comin’” debuted in the Top 20 on the album charts.

He released his third album, Keep It Comin’ in 1991, which debuted in the top 20 of the album chart. Sweat then moved from New York to Atlanta, where he founded the Keia Records label that would feature Silk & Kut Klose. Since 2007, Sweat has been the host of a nationally syndicated radio program, The Keith Sweat Hotel. The program is currently heard on nearly 50 stations nationwide.

In 1992, Keith Sweat discovered Silk, whose members would go on to sell 5 million records and become five of the signature voices in R&B. The quintet is best known for their baby-making ballads and New Jack Swing favorites like “Freak Me”, and “Happy Days.” Another hit from their steamy debut album, Lose Control, “Girl U For Me”, helped it reach double platinum status. They later had success with singles such as “If You”, “Meeting In My Bedroom”, “Girl U For Me”, “Lose Control”, “Hooked On You” and “Don’t Rush.”

The group still comprises the original members who debuted in 1992.These gentlemen are Timzo (Timothy Cameron), Jim (Jimmy Gates, Jr.), Big G (Gary Glenn), Lil G (Gary Jenkins) and John John (Johnathen Rasboro). Aside from their feel-good music, Silk is known for being one of the few singing groups who are, in fact, still together with all original members. Silk continues to enjoy longevity in the industry with six studio albums. Currently, the group is delicately placing the finishing touches on their seventh studio LP while touring the world.

Hard Rock Octoberfest

ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Hard Rock is bringing Munich’s favorite tradition to the States, with a brand new burger and beer pairing that pays homage to the biggest fall celebration – Oktoberfest! The Samuel Adams OctoberFest Schnitzel Burger, an authentic menu offering straight from Germany, will be perfectly paired with Samuel Adams OctoberFest beer and available at cafes around the nation beginning on Tuesday, September 22 through Saturday, October 31, 2015.

Hard Rock Cafe’s Samuel Adams OctoberFest Schnitzel Burger features a lightly breaded tender pork schnitzel, Samuel Adams OctoberFest-infused beer cheese sauce, topped with smoked bacon, tangy sauerkraut, whole grain mustard and fresh arugula, served on a pretzel bun.

As a global brand, Hard Rock has the unique capability to pull inspiration and ingredients from its local cafes around the world. The limited-edition Samuel Adams OctoberFest Schnitzel Burger was inspired by Hard Rock Cafe Munich’s Local Legendary Schnitzel Burger* and features a lightly breaded tender pork schnitzel, Samuel Adams OctoberFest-infused beer cheese sauce, topped with smoked bacon, tangy sauerkraut, whole grain mustard and fresh arugula, served on a pretzel bun. The Samuel Adams OctoberFest Schnitzel Burger and Samuel Adams OctoberFest beer will be served with Hard Rock’s seasoned fries and a side of Samuel Adams OctoberFest-infused beer cheese.

“Hard Rock and Sam Adams worked together to create a burger and beer pairing that pays tribute to the original Oktoberfest celebrations in Munich, while perfectly capturing the flavors of fall,” saidDarryl Mickler, Senior Director of Research and Development at Hard Rock International. “The rich and sweet flavors of Samuel Adams OctoberFest pair well with the pork schnitzel, while the beer-infused cheese works to balance the nuanced notes of the brew.”

The new OctoberFest burger and beer pairing capitalizes on German-inspired flavors for fall that balance the deep and smooth malt finish of the beer. The duet is an extension of Hard Rock’s year-long line of burger and beer pairings, following the successful launch of the Rebel Legendary™ Burger and the Goose Island Tropical Bacon Burger earlier this year.

“We have been brewing our fall seasonal beer, Samuel Adams OctoberFest, for more than twenty five years,” said Jim Koch, Brewer and Founder of Samuel Adams. “When Hard Rock Cafe came to us with the opportunity to bring this fall favorite to a new level, we were ecstatic. What resulted is an authentic and captivating dish that guests will only be able to find at Hard Rock.”

The Samuel Adams OctoberFest Schnitzel Burger and beer pairing is available at cafe locations nationwide through Saturday, October 31, 2015. Guests can stop by Hard Rock Cafe to try out the latest items or visit for more information.

* Each cafe is given the freedom to create a unique Local Legendary Burger that captures the local flavors of their city and is only available at that cafe location.

About Samuel Adams and the Boston Beer Company
The Boston Beer Company began in 1984 with a generations-old family recipe that Founder and Brewer Jim Koch uncovered in his father’s attic. Inspired and unafraid to challenge conventional thinking about beer, Jim brought the recipe to life in his kitchen. Pleased with the results of his work, Jim decided to sample his beer with bars in Boston in the hopes that drinkers would appreciate the complex, full-flavored beer he brewed fresh in America. That beer was aptly named Samuel Adams Boston Lager, in recognition of one of our nation’s great founding fathers, a man of independent mind and spirit. Little did Jim know at the time, Samuel Adams Boston Lager would soon become a catalyst of the American craft beer revolution.

Today, The Boston Beer Company brews more than 60 styles of beer. It relentlessly pursues the development of new styles and the perfection of classic beers by searching the world for the finest ingredients. Using the traditional four vessel brewing process, the Company often takes extra steps like dry-hopping, barrel-aging and a secondary fermentation known as krausening. The Company has also pioneered another revolution, the ‘extreme beer’ movement, where it seeks to challenge drinker’s perceptions of what beer can be. The Boston Beer Company has been committed to elevating the image of American craft beer by entering festivals and competitions around the globe, and is one of world’s most awarded breweries at international beer competitions. As an independent company, brewing quality beer remains its primary focus. Although Samuel Adams beer is America’s leading craft beer, it accounts for only one percent of the U.S. beer market. The Boston Beer Company will continue its independently-minded quest to brew great beer and to advocate for the growth of craft beer across America.
