Respectable Street 30th Anniversary Block Party


Respectable Street Cafe is celebrating 30 years as a live music venue and indie dance club in Downtown West Palm Beach. The public is invited to celebrate on Saturday, September 23rd  with a block party on the 500 block of Clematis Street starting at 8pm and running all the way until 2am Sunday.  Twenty-Nine local bands will be participating in this event plus national headliner “She Wants Revenge”.

About Respectable Street

Opened in 1987 Respectable Street was the first location and the concept behind the Subculture Group. Built in an old Salvation Army building circa 1923 Respectable Street has hosted over 1000 live acts ranging from the first performing avant garde act Chris and Cosey to The Red Hot Chili Peppers and legends like the Damned, The Misfits. Indie newcomers Surfer Blood have honed their talents at Respectable Street and have gone on to National acclaim. Respectable Street is located at 518 Clematis St. West Palm Beach, FL 33401.
