Get ready to paint the town green! On Saturday, March 10th, the Fort Lauderdale St. Patrick’s Parade and Festival Presented by The Law Firm of Kelley/Uustal returns to the streets of downtown featuring fun and excitement for the entire family! The Fort Lauderdale St. Patrick’s Parade and Festival Presented by The Law Firm of Kelley/Uustal has quickly grown into one of Fort Lauderdale’s largest and most anticipated events, attracting thousands of spectators for a one-of-a-kind celebration of all things Irish.
The Fort Lauderdale St. Patrick’s Parade and Festival Committee is proud to announce that Fort Lauderdale Mayor John P. “Jack” Seiler has been named Grand Marshal for this year’s St. Patrick’s Parade. Presented by The Law Firm of Kelley/Uustal, the St. Patrick’s Parade takes place on Saturday, March 10 at noon along Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
This year, the pageantry and excitement begins bright and early at 7:30 am with the Shamrock Run, a 4-mile race starting from Huizenga Plaza in Bubier Park (Las Olas Boulevard and Andrews Avenue) and continuing through Downtown Fort Lauderdale to officially kick off the festivities. There will also be a kids leprechaun dash.
The parade runs from Noon till 1:30 followed by a festival on the grounds of Huizenga Park with live music, irish dancers, interactive games, kids zone, cultural activities, Irish merchandise, food and beverages for sale.

In addition to the parade and festival this Saturday, March 10th, the city of Ft Lauderdale will also throw an “Irish Party-in-the-Park” pre-festival on Friday, March 9th from 4 till 7 at Huizenga Park.
