A Good Rosé
Lets live

A Good Rosé is about us doing what we love because is our passion, other than that we wanna help our generation and the next generation, we wanna plant a seed in them of great music, of actual music, delivering a positive message with good vibes and sounds as well as lyrics, is all about staying united and having a sane mind, and life.

A Good Rosé is an alternative rock/alternative metal band formed in September of 2017 by childhood friends Angel Valenzuela & Victor Alfonso Huipio, in Deerfield Beach, Florida.  Drummer, Debs Rosa, and bassist, Juan Moreno joined in early 2018. The band fuses rock with a variety of genres commonly found in the beaches of South Florida. AGR's music taps into the polarized emotions of current events (Paradise), the classic love ballad (New Vice), and dares to tap on darker perspectives and touchy subjects like the afterlife (Awakening).

Chicago Blues, Roadhouse Blues, Delta Blues with a little Blues flavored Classic Rock and some good old fashioned R & B with a dose of some serious funk thrown in for good measure!

The Hoodoo Blues Band  has performed at many of South Florida's finest establishments. county fairs, municipal venues and large outdoor venues as well as performing at many local charity events as well.

SCHALL ADAMS Lead Vocalist and Musical Director for the band. Schall comes to us from Reno, NV where she was an accomplished Blues Vocalist. Schall, along with her band, The Schall Adams Band, won the 2012 Reno Nevada Blues Society Challenge and went on to compete in the 2013 International Blues Challenge in Memphis, TN. Like the rest of the band, Schall began singing at a very young age. At the age of 7 she owned her own record player and would sing along for hours. In junior high she remembers her music teacher, Ms. Winter, giving up her lunch hour to tutor her privately because she believed in her. Schall began sneaking into nightclubs at 17 to sit in with the rock bands. She and her husband Dave moved to Florida from Nevada a few months ago and the Hoodoo Blues Band is truly fortunate to have her. She says she feels the same way about us! Schall is Musical Director for the Hoodoo Blues Band.

Steady Rollin' Bob Margolin on Schall: "What a Powerful Voice and Presence"

PETER ROLAND: Lead Guitar & Vocals. Peter is an amazing guitar firebrand who comes to us from The Big Apple, New York City, where he grew up on the East Side and was influenced by all of the Blues greats coming out of the New York Blues scene. Peter's voice features that classic low and edgy Blues sound. Peter's guitar style is raw, unfiltered Blues-Rock and he is an integral, driving member of our band.

JIM KELLEY: Bass Guitar & Vocals. Jim is a South Florida Bass Stalwart and one of the original members of the band. Jim was born on the South Side of Chicago and was raised in the State of New York. Although his parents were not musicians they were great lovers of music, so Jim was raised in a household with consistent great music playing in the background. His first musical instrument was the trumpet. After that he played the drums and one fine day he discovered his attraction to the Bass Violin and it has been all bass ever since. Down through the years Jim has been blessed to be surrounded by many fine musicians especially in New York and he got to tour extensively through the United States with many of the big names. At this point in time, Jim has played in over 3,000 gigs, has appeared on 19 albums and has 64 published original compositions most of which have been written on the piano. Jim was considered to be a trend setter many years ago when he pretty much introduced the fret-less electric bass into the musical mix. Jim moved to South Florida in the early eighties and has played with most of the better players in this region. Jim is happily married to a very sweet lady from Brazil and has five incredible children and three grandchildren. Jim is very proud that his youngest son as well as a grandson both play the bass. No DNA testing required. "I am very excited to be playing with the fine unit of musicians that make up The Hoodoo Blues Band. This band has solid players at every position and to say our lead singer Schall Adams is dynamic would be an huge understatement".

"HOODOO" GEO: Drums & Vocals is our Band Leader. A Boston area transplant who has been living in South Florida since 1975. Prior to that, he was a High School Band member and remembers his first paying band in 1963, "The Novas", where he was paid $25.00 for the gig. A lot of money back in the day. Geo was planning to attend Berklee College of Music in Boston after High School, but got sidetracked by a draft notice. He serving tours in Germany and Vietnam with the U.S. Army from 1967-1970. Now, Geo has settled into his place with the Hoodoo Blues Band making "Blues That Rocks".
