NoBe Sunday Block Party

After 6 weeks of shutting down one direction of 33rd Street just off A1A in the North Beach (NoBe) area of Fort Lauderdale, one thing is for sure – it’s worth the trip! Unfortunately, April marks the final month for the City of Fort Lauderdale to shut down the westbound lane of 33rd street, home of Fishtales Restaurant & Nightclub, 33rd Street Wine Bar, Blue Jean Blues, The Dive Bar and many other bars and restaurants which make this the ideal place for a night out on the town. In addition to food and drinks being served right on the street, outside craft vendors and local artists are invited each week to show off their wares.  The highlight each Sunday afternoon from 4 to 8pm is the entertainment by some of south Florida’s favorite tribute bands.  They play on a stage location adjacent to Fishtales and the 33rd Street Wine Bar so you are only a few steps away from great food and beverages.  Watch the bands as the sun sets over the Fort Lauderdale skyline – it’s magnificent!

Check out the list of upcoming acts and make plans to join the party, or should we say “Block Party” this weekend!
