The 10th Annual Boynton Beach Haunted Pirate Fest & Mermaid Splash takes place just in time for Halloween, on the weekend of October 30 and 31, 2021. This iconic event takes place in Downtown Boynton Beach along East Ocean Avenue. Event guests are encouraged to dress in pirate, mermaid, or nautical themed costumes. The request from organizers this year will be to dress up as your favorite superhero, villain, werewolf, vampire, ninja, animal, ghost, animated character, or any other cosplay idea!
The event, which is widely known as Pirate Fest, offers residents and visitors a wide range of swashbuckling adventures and family-friendly activities, the primary function of this festival is to promote the local businesses that are located within the boundaries of the BBCRA area. Each year, the festival’s enchanted market features a collection of participating BBCRA area businesses. Festival patrons are encouraged to participate in a treasure hunt that puts them in direct contact with the exhibiting businesses for their chance to win pirate booty (gift cards and gift certificates) to patronize the businesses at a later date.
