Boca Raton’s 50th Annual Street Parade takes place on Wednesday, December 7th starting at 7:30pm and will run along Federal Highway starting at SE 5th Street, north to Mizner Park with grandstand viewing at Sanborn Square. Expect to see floats from local businesses and local community organizations. More than 70 floats will be judged on the following: creativity, relation to parade theme, lighting, construction and originality. This year’s theme is “Groovy 70’s” as we celebrate the 50th Anniversary.
Attendees are encouraged to walk, bike, car pool and use free parking at City Hall, the Boca Raton Library and new Downtown Boca Library. For more information visit www.myboca.us or call 561-393-7807.
