Beginning Friday, February 16th and continuing through Sunday the 18th, the City of Deerfield Beach celebrates its roots with its’ annual three day festival featuring arts and crafts, food vendors, live entertainment and a parade which concludes with a grand fireworks show.  Pioneer Days (formerly called Founders’ Days), has something to offer everyone in the family with carnival rides, arts & crafts vendors,  a parade, a beach tiki bar, lots of food vendors and let’s not forget Live Music!

UPDATE FEB. 15, 2018: The City of Deerfield Beach is mourning alongside Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School and the City of Parkland and therefore cancelling all Pioneer Days events this weekend.   (Will return in 2019)Pioneer Days Canceled

Saturday Morning Parade

Saturday morning at 10:00 AM, the parade will begin at Pioneer Park (501 NE Eller Street)  and will head East on Hillsborough Boulevard, then North on A1A, past the pier and then South along the beach.  The parade will include many local schools, businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Following the parade there will be an awards ceremony at the beach.

Friday, February 16 (5:00pm – 10:00pm)

Saturday, February 17 (10:00am – 10:00pm)

Sunday, February 18 (10:00am – 6:00pm)

Purchase tickets at Carnival entrance.   $1 per ticket or $20 for 24 tickets. Wristbands will be available for $20 each on Sunday.

Where to Park?

Deerfield Beach FestivalSince the event is set up at the Main Beach Parking Lot, except for minimal Handicap Parking, there will not be any public parking available at the event site. Instead, visitors are invited to park at two free parking lots with available shuttle service.

The Cove Parking Lot:  On Hillsboro Blvd, travel east of Federal Highway (US1) and just before the intracoastal bridge turn right into the Cove Parking lot.The St. Ambrose’ School Parking Lot:  On Hillsboro Blvd, travel east of Federal Highway (US1), then turn right at 12th Avenue.  The parking lot will be on your right at 336 SE 12th Avenue

Shuttles will run between both parking lots and the festival with the following schedule:
Friday 5pm-11pm     Saturday Noon-11pm     Sunday 10am-6pm
