The Fair at Margate features more rides, games, food and fun for the whole family! The Margate Fair is located on the corner of State Rd 7/441 and Margate Blvd and will be open daily from November 17, 2023 and December 3, 2023.

  • Friday: 5pm to 1am
  • Saturday: 1pm – 1am

Margate Chamber of Commerce and  The Salvation Army of Broward County proudly present their 1st Annual Margate City Fair to take place on the corner of 441 & Margate Blvd. from March 20th-March 29th 2015. The Carnival you know and love has expanded to offer new and exciting community events, in addition to the high quality rides, entertainment, and foods you have been accustomed to in previous years.

Margate Winter Festival The City of Margate’s annual spectacular Winter Festival, featuring an amazing Paintscaping light show, will take place on Friday, December 14th 2018 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Margate Boulevard from State Road 7 to Northwest 58th Avenue (the Clock Tower).

A one-of-a-kind 3D holiday light show will transform the walls of City Hall into a magical winter wonderland with our now signature, 3D Paintscaping show. The 8-minute winter wonderland extravaganza is sure to take your breath away and delight all ages as it’s shown throughout the evening beginning at 6:30 p.m.

In partnership with the Margate Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), the Winter Festival also features real “Florida Style” snow (for ages 11 and under), rides for the children, arts and crafts activities, a craft fair, food vendors, and pictures with Santa (bring your own camera and share your photos with#OurMargate).

Margate Holiday Fair & Waterfront Days – December 22-31, 2017

margate fairAs part of efforts to raise funds to promote kayaking and canoeing on Margate waterways, the Margate Waterfront Foundation in conjunction with Hildebrand Rides is hosting the Margate Holiday and Waterfront Days Fair, one of the biggest fairs this year in downtown Margate December 22nd through New Year’s Eve. The event features more than 50 rides, games and attractions, along with famous carnival eats like funnel cakes, corndogs, and other goodies from the grill and fryer.

Gate admission is $2 Sunday through Thursday and $5 on weekends ($3 for children) and unlimited rides wristbands are available for $25.00/day.

Margate Waterfront Carnival – January 27 – February 5, 2017

Saint Vincent Church Festival – November 18-27, 2016

Hildebrand Rides and games, carnival eats and a Super Raffle featured. All proceeds go to helping less-than-privileged children and families.

Saturday and Sunday hours: Noon – Midnight. $2 Admission Monday-Thursday. $5 Friday-Sunday. $20 Armbands.

Labor Day Fair – September 2-11, 2016

The Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) have partnered with Hildebrand Rides for yet more great amusements in downtown Margate this Labor Day weekend. This year, we have a full schedule of events that will appeal to everyone. We will be serving Beer & Wine on weekends, and have oodles of live entertainment, demonstrations, vendor booths, and activities lined up for kids of all ages.

We will be serving beer & wine on weekends, so please ensure you bring your ID and a designated driver if you plan on drinking. We care about your safety, and want to ensure that everyone has a great time.

Charity:

Please bring new or used clothing and household goods that you wish to donate. There will be a Salvation Army Donation Truck present all 10 days. Also, Cokesbury Methodist Church will be hosting a food drive, so please bring any canned or dry goods you have to ensure that nobody in our community needs to go hungry.
