Where can you enjoy local seafood, browse through endless local vendors AND experience live music? The Pompano Beach Seafood & Music Festival will let you do all of the above at the same time! This year marks the 32nd annual return of the jam packed beach area event, sure to satisfy every craving for the very best South Florida locals have to offer. In past years, the festival has covered every inch of the event grounds with local food vendors, craft vendors and topped it all off with live music throughout the three day event. This year, the event kicks off on Friday, April 22th at 5PM and continues until Sunday, April 24th.

The heart of the festival at the Pier features over 30 Seafood Booths featuring grilled, sautéed, fried fish, shrimp, lobster, crab, clams, mussels, conch, stone crab, salads, fritters, paella, Cajun, jerk, oysters, raw and fried and so much more! Of course, there are plenty of non-seafood selections as well.
For many, however, it’s all about the music. This year, more than ever, now with three stages of entertainment, a North Stage, South Stage and Central Stage. Also new this year, online ticketing! A 3-day pass will set you back a whopping $30 – probably the best deal in town for any major outdoor music festival.

The festival is its own not-for–profit corporation made up of a variety of local organizations that run the event and receive the proceeds. “It’s all about supporting the community,” says manager John Good. “All of our profits go to our volunteer groups and over the years proceeds have funded hundreds of different worthwhile, local charities.”Pompano Beach High School, the Boy Scouts, Blanche Ely High School, Exchange Club, Pompano Proud, the Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Pompano Beach Fishing Rodeo (May 11-15, 2016), Women in Financial Services, Kiwanis, Rotary, Soroptimist, and others supply volunteers and share the profits.
New layout includes 3 stages on the beach this year!
