Calling all seafood lovers! Nothing says Florida like a seafood festival. They are fun, authentic, and the seafood is fresh, often from local waters. Enjoy delectable foods of all types cooked fresh onsite at the West Palm Seafood Festival, taking place Saturday and Sunday September 11th and 12th at the Expo Center located at the South Florida Fairgrounds.
The festival promises to be a seafood enthusiast’s dream come true. Rounding out this family-oriented event, nautical vendors will offer unique merchandise and services, artists and craftsmen will display and sell their original works, live music will entertain on two stages both days, kids will enjoy rides and activities in the kid’s zone while local businesses and nonprofit organizations will provide information on services available.
Speaking on the location, event promoter Larry Burdgick said, “The South Florida Fairgrounds is the perfect venue since it’s right in the heart of The West Palm. It offers the space we need along with plenty of great parking for our guests.” The West Palm Seafood Festival is easily accessible from I-95 and the Florida Turnpike.
Although delicious seafood will be the highlight of this festival, craft beer, wine, and drinks will also be available at a full-service bar to quench the thirst of patrons enjoying food, live music, rides and fun.
