Nova Singers Holiday Concerts

Come hear the Nova Singers, joined by the Dillard Center For The Arts High School Chorale, perform Antonio Vivaldi’s “Gloria” and other holiday favorites to kick off the season on Friday, November 30 at St Matthew Catholic Church in Hallandale Beach. Vivaldi’s “Gloria” is known for distinctive melodies and rhythms and almost dance-like themes — often characteristic of many of his compositions. This has historically given his music a wide-reaching audience.

His opening movement is a joyous chorus, with spirited brass and Nova Singers will make use of a chamber orchestral ensemble to round out the performance. If you love choral music you can’t help but love Vivaldi’s “Gloria” — one of the finest pieces of choral music ever written.
The choir will also present many familiar holiday pieces in the second-half of the concert.
