All kings, queens, court ladies, knights, squires, jesters, and villagers are invited to the 34th annual Florida Renaissance Festival with eight thrilling themed weekends beginning Feb. 7 and running through Mar. 29, 2026 at Quiet Waters Park in Deerfield Beach. Enter the gates of the kingdom as an elegant courtier, rebellious outlaw, or valiant knight, and dress the part with period attire such as tunics, broad-brimmed hats, puffy-sleeved shirts, lacy gowns, petticoats, cloaks, or aprons. Costumes are not required—but thousands wear historical clothing each year to immerse themselves into the true spirit of the Renaissance period where imaginations run wild and there’s fun for the entire family.
The Florida Renaissance Festival is produced by nationally acclaimed Bobby Rodriguez Productions, a creator of entertaining and cultural experiences for adults and children alike. “For more than 30 years this festival has been a very unique event,” said Rodriguez. “It is one of the most anticipated happenings in South Florida, and each year it gets better with new and different activities and entertainment.” Guests can explore artisan markets, savor delicious foods, and immerse themselves into a world of merriment, shock, and surprise in any of the eight themed memorable weekends.

Gear Garden (Steampunk-Inspired Area) – We are thrilled to announce the transformation of our former Biergarten area into a brand-new steampunk-themed area called the Gear Garden! This exciting addition will immerse guests in the imaginative world of steam-powered inventions and Victorian-era charm.
Clockwork Quarry Mining Co. – a brand-new gem-mining attraction at the Florida Renaissance Festival! This fun, family-friendly experience is perfect for all ages, offering a unique opportunity to pan for gems. Kids and adults alike can enjoy the thrill of discovering hidden treasures, and best of all, you get to take home the gems you find! Come and strike gold (or gems!) at this exciting new addition within our Gear Garden!
Festival Awards – celebrate and showcase the incredible dedication and creativity of those participants who go above and beyond in their category! These awards will highlight the participants who excel in areas such as craftsmanship, innovation, and overall presentation, recognizing their invaluable contributions to the festival experience. Winners will receive advertisement on our website/social media pages, a certificate, a trophy, and a check for $250.
While costumes are not necessary for admittance, thousands of people enhance their experience each year by donning outfits from the Renaissance era or participating in one of the festival’s special themed weekends.

Don your finest pantaloons and fasten your tricorns as we set sail on a voyage of laughter, mischief, and maritime wonder. The decks creak beneath the rhythm of dance and drum while the scent of roasted fare and spiced rum mingles with the salt of the open sea. Among the scattered wrecks that dot our shores lie treasures reclaimed from the deep—pearls kissed by mermaids and gold pulled from the bones of forgotten galleons. Barter and brawl with merchants and marauders alike, for fortune favors the bold beneath lantern light. But as the sun sinks and the waves shimmer with silver fire, beware the sirens’ song that echoes through the mist—sweet and sorrowful, it calls sailors home who never wish to leave. Step into the Gear Garden, our newest pub, where patrons can toast to invention with frothy ales and sparkling elixirs amid a backdrop of brass and steam. Witness inventors bending light, sound, and mechanics into fantastical creations. Come be enchanted by the Cog & Corset Cabaret, our dazzling new entertainment stage, where performers twirl, sing, and dazzle beneath brass chandeliers, weaving magic, music, and mischief into every act. As the season’s final weekend dawns, the gates of imagination swing wide, inviting all to step into the enchanted realm of Kimmendale, where stories collide and magic lingers in every corner. Wander with Sherlock Holmes as he uncovers hidden clues along cobblestone streets, stumble upon Medusa lurking among ivy-draped ruins, or dance with Hobbits in sun-dappled glades beneath whispering trees. Seek guidance from Hercules on daring feats, trade clever tricks with Aladdin under moonlit skies, or follow Alice down a curious rabbit hole into wonder. From fairy tale forests to mythical realms, each character adds a spark to Kimmendale’s living tapestry, and every adventurer becomes part of the story. A county park fee of $1.50 is not included in the price of tickets.
